Harry A. Seibel II, PhD has recently joined REFCOTEC. 

Harry's responsibilities will be to bolster R&D efforts, manage our ISO quality system, and support our increasing production and customer service needs.  After receiving his PhD in Inorganic Chemistry, Harry began his career working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, developing new thermal management materials for fighter planes.  He later moved to Cree, an LED lighting company in North Carolina, where he created patented materials that significantly improved performance of light emitting diodes.  Dr. Seibel's extensive experience in cutting edge R&D, as well as manufacturing management are sure to create many new opportunities and advances for REFCOTEC and the customers we serve.we serve.
